How much is shipping/where is my tracking?
I offer free standard shipping! (:
A couple things to note, as of Jan 1st 2025, all sticker/sun catcher only orders may be shipped in an envelope with no tracking. You'll still be notified your order has shipped but there will not be any tracking.
If you order some smaller items that fit in a small poly mailer and ship flat (stickers, sun catchers, chapstick keepers etc, lightweight items) you may receive a tracking number that won't update. USPS calls this a FLAT, and can be a good way for small businesses to ship your items.
All other orders will always ship with tracking.
If you need faster shipping or want to guarantee you have a tracking number for smaller items, please let me know ahead of time or leave me a note at check out to contact you before shipping. (:
What do I do if my order is missing/wrong/damaged?
If anything is wrong with your order I want to hear from you!
- If your order has not arrived and still says it is in transit, please wait a few days to see if the tracking updates (if tracking is provided) as the tracking you are sent is the same information I have to answer any of your questions! Please note, not all order receive tracking that updates after shipment. If you received notice that your order shipped and it have been more then 14 days, please reach out to me and we can discuss the best resolution! Please ensure the address you put in at checkout is correct or you contact me before your order ships.
- If you open up your order and it's wrong/has missing parts, I'm so sorry!! Send me an email but going to my contact form or email me at dahliadesignsbyabby@gmail.com and I'll be happy to chat about this mess up!
- If your order arrives damaged please do the best you can to photograph or video the packaging it came in as well as the damage to the product so I can contact the courier as well. Then we can chat about getting you a replacement or credit! You can contact me here or send me an email at dahliadesignsbyabby@gmail.com if you have photos or videos so we can get the ball rolling! (:
How are your products made?
I have a variety of products that I offer made in a variety of ways! But every design is my original artwork!
Things like car coasters, chapstick keepers, and tote bags are all printed and pressed in house.
Glassware, the decals are outsourced but come back to me before being applied to the cups.
All the rest of my products are outsourced and printed/cut/prepared with my designs on them. Doing this ensures that you are getting the best quality product and I can spend more time creating and prepping for markets! (:
Where can I shop Dahlia Designs in person?
I'm looking for a custom product/design, do you offer that?
The short answer is yes!
Depending on what product you are wanting customized, I may be able to make it happen! It is important for me to know which product and how many you are looking for when we start discussing this.
Examples:
Need just one set of custom car coasters? I can do that!
Just one drink sleeve? Unfortunately these are something I design then I outsource to be made for me (I can't sew!!) So I have a minimum number of each design I have to order.
Looking for 50 custom stickers! Let's chat - this is something I can do.
Is the glassware dishwasher safe?
Short answer, no!
In the past the glasses provided could be washed on the top row of the dishwasher but unfortunately no supplier for my UV DTFS (what the designs on the glass is made out of) is able to provide true dish washer safe decals. You can take the risk but I would not recommend it.
Instead I recommend hand washing and avoiding using a rough or abrasive material on the design. Your cups will last for years!
Bamboo lids are also hand wash and air dry.
The glass straws can go through the dishwasher no problem! (:

I am based in Marysville, WA and ship all online orders from here. I bounce up and down the I-5 corridor for markets all the time for in person shopping opportunities. If you are local, feel free to message me about local pick up options!
